This brand new summer rental house has everything! Privacy, beauty, spacious rooms, designed for your relaxation and entertaining. The professional kitchen, butler’s pantry and adjoining dining room were built to make entertaining easy and convenient.
The house has five bedrooms, all en suite and with televisions. These bedrooms include an upstairs master with fireplace, dual walk in closets, Swiss shower and Jacuzzi elegantly designed for your enjoyment. In addition there are three upstairs bedrooms that are spacious and beautifully appointed with the classic Hampton decor, each featuring attached bathroom, television and a queen size bed. The fifth bedroom is a beautiful room downstairs that can be used as a “downstairs master,” complete with large master bath done in a stylish beach motif decor. The room has a large plasma television, dual closets and private porch. Depending on your needs this room can be used as a downstairs master or is easily converted into a family room with cozy denim sofas, large plasma TV and easy access to “pool bath” and pool. We are equipped to furnish room according to your personal needs. (This room is shown as a den in photos).

The house has a side entrance with large mudroom and attached utility room and large closet, so that you can leave all your beach and sporting gear out of the way and out of sight. The large open living room flows into the gourmet kitchen to the west and into a quaint brick patio sunroom with cathedral ceilings and dual French doors opening out into the pool area to the east. The flow of this house compels one to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.
In addition to the house there is a large detached two-car garage, private gates with alarm system and large parking area.
The magnificently landscaped yard offers privacy and natural beauty, the wrap around covered porch, beautiful 20’ x 40’ heated gunnite pool and bluestone patio provide plenty of room for outdoor entertainment, bar-b-queing and fun.
The essentials: the house has central air, central vacuum, wireless cable and a state of the art alarm system. Washer and dryer are upstairs. Outdoor shower.
All linens are included with rental. Housecleaning is available 2 to 3 times a week upon request at renter’s cost.
